This year, more than half of all US states have had confirmed or possible cases of acute flaccid myelitis, or AFM, the polio-like illness that can cause paralysis and mostly affects children, according to a new CNN analysis.

I have speculated recently that as the portion of our population that has natural immuninity to a disease ages and dies off that the fraction of our population that has only been vaccinated becomes the dominant fraction and this may be a problem.
